26 Mar Can You Hear
While in a deep time of prayer The Holy Spirit reminded me of the time God first introduced Himself to Moses. I’m quite confident you know how the story unfolds. But there are two things that The Lord really spoke to me about concerning this awesome story is:
- When God called Moses from that fiery bush He wanted to see or hear Moses’ response. I believe God heard the exact response He wanted to hear, Moses said, “Here I am” (Ex.3:4). You may not think too much about this, but I want you to know those “three” words “Here I am” were extremely significant. For the next forty years, they would be the words that Moses would fall back on when times were extremely tough. Those wilderness experiences may have made Moses question more than once about whether or not he could continue, but with God’s faithful hand guiding him he knew he could go on.
- God makes this incredible statement to Moses; He says twice in three verses “The cries of my people have come up to Me…” (Ex.3:7-9) and I have come down to deliver them. The only problem is, God doesn’t work alone. The scripture says He works through men and women! So, Moses will you help? This is so important! Because I believe God’s voice is still echoing loud and clear all throughout the earth looking for those who will go and those who will help others go. Both play just as equal a part. Jesus said in John 4:36-37, “One sows and another reaps but both rejoice together at the harvest brought in.”
We are deep into making our preparations for our Gospel Campaign to Nizamabad District, India but we need your help!
